DEXIYA ultraviolet sterilization machine for mask
1.Product introduction:
Ultraviolet disinfection technology is the latest generation of disinfection technology that emerged in the late 1990s in the world. It integrates optics, microbiology, electronics, fluid mechanics and aerodynamics. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, broad spectrum, low cost, long life, large water volume and non-secondary pollution. It is recognized mainstream consumer technology internationally in the 21st century.
It’s mainly used to sterilize cooked food and water. Widely used in hospitals, food, Chinese herbal medicine, food and beverage processing and packaging equipment, health care products factories, food factories, cosmetics factories, dairy factories, wineries, beverage factories, bakeries and packaging products factories, etc. The working principle of the equipment is that the ultraviolet sterilization band is mainly between 200nm and 300nm, and the sterilization ability of 253.7nm wavelength is the strongest. When various bacteria and viruses in water or air pass through the ultraviolet (253.7nm wavelength) irradiation area, the ultraviolet penetrates the cell membrane and nucleus of microorganisms and destroys the molecular bonds of nucleic acids (DNA or RNA) and causes them to lose their ability to replicate or lose their activity and die, so it can kill all bacteria and viruses without using any chemical drugs. The germicidal lamp does not need to be converted into visible light. The wavelength of 100-200nm can play a good bactericidal effect. This is because the cells have a law of absorption spectrum of light waves: ultraviolet rays of 100-200nm have the maximum absorptivity. The ultraviolet light actually acts on the genetic material of the cell, DNA, which plays a kind of actinic effect. The energy of ultraviolet photons is absorbed by the base pairs in the DNA, which causes the genetic material to mutate, causes the bacteria to die immediately or unable to reproduce their offspring, and achieves the purpose of sterilization.
2.Advantages of UV disinfection technology:
The disinfection effect of ultraviolet disinfection technology on bacteria, viruses and other pathogens has been recognized all over the world, and it has the unparalleled disinfection efficiency compared with other technologies. The bactericidal effect of ultraviolet rays on bacteria and viruses is generally within one second. For traditional chlorine and ozone methods, it usually takes 20 to 50 minutes to achieve the sterilization effect of ultraviolet rays. There are many advantages such as high-efficiency sterilization and broad-spectrum, non-secondary pollution, safe and reasonable design, safe and reliable operation, simple operation and maintenance, low cost, small occupied area, low noise, continuous large-scale sterilization and multifunctional applications.
3.Maintenance and maintenance of UV sterilizer:
Regularly check to ensure the normal operation of the UV lamp;
After 9000 hours of continuous use or one year, the UV lamp should be replaced. When replacing a new lamp, firstly unplug the lamp power socket and take out the ultraviolet lamp. Be careful and don’t touch the quartz glass of the new lamp with your fingers, because stains will affect the intensity of the light. At the same time, carefully put the lamp into the cavity of the sterilizer.
