Description of the standard line:

1. Mixer: Different types of mixers are selected depending on the productivity. Before feeding into the extruder, the raw material should be evenly moistened by mixing with drinking water in a mixer for 1-2 minutes, which is designed for uniform and rapid mixing of the mixture.
2. Spiral conveyor: Equipped with a motor, fast and convenient feeding of raw materials. The moistened mixtures are fed into the extruder using a spiral conveyor.
3. Extruder: Mainly twin screw extruder. Its model is chosen according to the productivity, 100-1500kg / hour. The shape and size of the feed depends on the matrix and the extruder knife.
4. Pneumatic conveyor: Connection of extruder and dryer.
5. Multi-layer dryer: Our standard line is electric dryer, we also provide gas dryer. The temperature is adjustable from 0-200 degrees. Dryer type: three-layer, five-layer, seven-layer, etc. It is chosen for its productivity.
6. Conveyor: The dried feed exits the dryer and through the conveyor belt enters the drum. The height of the conveyor can be adjusted according to the productivity.
7. Drum: Double drum, single drum and octagonal seasoning drum. The standard line is equipped with a double drum. The drum has devices for oil and powder seasoning.
